What does the environment have to do with justice?  The environment we live in significantly affects our daily lives.  Whether it is the protection of natural resources, the promotion of healthy food production, or the improvement of a vulnerable community’s living conditions, environmental justice work is an important part of Paz y Esperanza’s work.

If you want to learn about ecological farming and food production, Huanuco’s Granja Lindero would be a perfect placement for you.  If you have experience and interest in environmental policy, environmental care education, or how culture and attitudes for the environment interact, you could contribute to and learn a lot from Paz y Esperanza’s work in San Martín and San Juan de Lurigancho.  Devoted to promoting justice in all spheres of life, Paz y Esperanza prioritizes environmental care, education, and protection in its work among indigenous populations in Latin America.  If this is an area that interests you, don’t miss this opportunity to put your interests and education into practice in the field!
